Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and registered behavior technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers complimentary training to become an RBT and provides a clear growth pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT, with flexible scheduling and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility as needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
