Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles. Part-time positions are available with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers training to become an RBT, along with a clear growth path and supportive environment. Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA sessions under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required;Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, including transitions and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
