Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers training to become an RBT and a pathway from BA to RBT, with a supportive environment and local travel where required. Benefits include flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for those averaging 25 hours per week, holiday pay, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
