Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentoring and pathways to RBT certification. We provide complimentary 40-hour RBT training, travel reimbursements where applicable, and competitive pay with annual raises; quarterly bonuses of $500 for those averaging 25 hours/week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psychology/education degree a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare or related fields is beneficial.
• Ability to engage clients and families in sessions and follow BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
