Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in a part-time capacity with potential growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers mentoring, complimentary training to become an RBT, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, flexible environment. The organization is dedicated to helping children with autism thrive, with a clear path from BA to RBT and additional roles such as SA for BCBA aspirations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
