Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to work with children with autism in a flexible, growth-oriented environment.

Roles include 1:1 sessions, ABA-based plans, and opportunities to become an RBT through complimentary training. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, and a clear career growth pathway from BA to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus
• Willingness to enroll in training to become a RBT

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
