Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.

Roles are part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. We provide complimentary RBT training, a clear career growth pathway, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and comprehensive benefits for 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility (lift up to 50lbs).
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
