Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles include part-time positions with growth potential as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience is a plus or required.
• Ability to engage with children during therapy sessions.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
