Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism at home, in school, and in the community.

Part-time roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, plus mentoring to pursue RBT certification. As a Behavior Assistant, you work 1:1 under a BCBA, receive complimentary RBT training, and can advance to an RBT through a clear growth pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
