Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in homes, schools and communities. We offer mentoring and a path to becoming an RBT, plus free RBT training.

Roles are 1:1 with clients, under BCBA supervision, with data collection and family collaboration. We provide flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where needed, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
