Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry‑level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings.

Part‑time roles with potential to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children under supervision of a BCBA, participate in training to become an RBT, and have access to a clear growth pathway and benefits for part‑time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress with PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
