Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles, offering part-time schedules with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

As a Behavior Assistant, you can enroll in complimentary RBT training, work 1:1 with children with autism, and pursue a career path toward BCBA through ongoing mentorship and development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
