Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles on a part-time basis with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, in Maryland—Myersville area.

As a Behavior Assistant, you will work 1:1 with children with autism, receive complimentary RBT training, and have opportunities for career advancement, including a pathway to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS in psychology or education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage children during sessions and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training
