Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Cambridge, MD. Roles are part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer training to become an RBT, plus a pathway to BCBA aspirations and a supportive growth environment. Roles include working with children with autism under BCBA supervision, 1:1 sessions, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Previous ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
