Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Michigan to support children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis.

Roles are part-time with growth potential to full-time as caseloads expand, providing mentoring, training, and certification opportunities. We offer a supportive, flexible environment with 40‑hour RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a clear career path from BA to RBT as you advance toward BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is advantageous.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
