Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Michigan.

Part‑time positions with potential to grow to full‑time as caseloads expand, offering hands‑on training and path to RBT certification. Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degrees are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to sit on the floor and work directly with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
