Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

As a Behavior Assistant, you will engage with clients, learn ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, and pursue complimentary RBT training. Local travel and flexible scheduling are available, with opportunities for career advancement within PBS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Active engagement with clients during sessions; lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education
