Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.

Part-time roles with potential growth to full-time as caseloads expand. We offer flexible scheduling, complimentary 40‑Hour RBT Training, local travel reimbursement where applicable, a quarterly $500 bonus for those averaging 25 hours per week, and a clear career growth pathway from BA to RBT with benefits for 30+

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to participate in training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing trainings.
