Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Michigan is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles to support children with autism. Part-time positions with the potential to become full-time as caseloads grow.

PBS offers mentoring, complimentary training to become an RBT, and a growth-focused work environment. Roles are 1:1 with supervision by a BCBA and opportunities to advance to RBT through a structured pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
