Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and RBTs for part-time roles in Michigan. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, applying ABA strategies and collecting progress data. Training to become an RBT is offered, with opportunities to advance and earn quarterly bonuses.

Flexible scheduling and benefits are provided for those working 30+ hours weekly, with paid travel where needed and a clear growth path into full-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
