Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs in Michigan. Roles offer part-time schedules with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS emphasizes a supportive, flexible, and growth-focused environment and provides complimentary RBT training. Positions require meeting local/state licensure/certification requirements; all roles may involve travel locally where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education
