Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Georgia. Part-time roles with the possibility to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision, and participate in ongoing training to advance to an RBT. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, and a clear career growth path from Behavior Assistant to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
