Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Georgia. Roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with training to become an RBT and opportunities on a career path.

Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision; flexible scheduling and local travel where required; 401(k) with company match and comprehensive benefits for those over 30 hours/week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to sit on the floor and engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
