Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and registered behavior technicians (RBTs) in Georgia. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering complimentary RBT training and a clear growth path from BA to RBT.

We provide flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a supportive environment focused on professional development for working with special needs children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
