Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Georgia is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants (BA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Psychology/education degree a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training
