Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Woodstock, GA. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS provides complimentary RBT training and a clear career growth pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT, plus flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children with autism using ABA strategies, data collection, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong ability to engage with children during sessions.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
