Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in Sunset Beach, NC is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

Benefits include training to become an RBT, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, and insurance for eligible hours. Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, using ABA strategies, with ongoing supervision and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
