Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Sunset Beach, North Carolina, is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team, working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.

This part-time role offers complimentary RBT training, mentorship, and a clear growth path from BA to RBT, with flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
