Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Graham, NC is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and registered behavior technicians (RBT) for flexible, part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA supervisor, implementing ABA strategies and collecting progress data. We offer complimentary RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a clear career path from BA to RBT with competitive pay and benefits for 30+ hours per

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; BA/BA in related field a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, or education is helpful.
• Ability to travel locally if needed; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
