Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism. These part-time positions offer opportunities for growth into full-time roles. As part of the team, you'll implement ABA strategies and collaborate closely with families and clinical teams to track and support client progress.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Communicate with families and teams for client success.
• Attend supervisions and team meetings.
