Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to work with children with autism. The roles offer flexible scheduling, with opportunities to move into full-time as caseloads grow, and include complimentary RBT training and potential travel support where applicable.

Roles emphasize hands-on ABA work under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams to ensure client progress and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus in Psychology/Education.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related settings is beneficial.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
