Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Colorado is seeking entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Roles are part‑time with potential to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and implement treatment plans. Training to become an RBT is provided, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psychology/education background a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
