Job summary

Pure Autism Counseling Center Inc. seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our California team and deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families.

You will oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with caregivers and schools to ensure meaningful client outcomes. The ideal candidate has a BCBA credential, a Master’s in a related field, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification and active BACB credential.
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services, preferably with children with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required for the position.
