Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our client's clinical team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and monitoring client progress through data-driven ABA practices.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with flexibility in scheduling. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, collaborative, and committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for clients and their families.

Pay:

• Patient-Facing Clinical Services: $65–$70 per hour
• Administrative Work: $20–$25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and treatment priorities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making and treatment adjustments.
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote consistency and generalization of treatment strategies.
• Participate in intake assessments, treatment planning meetings, and ongoing care coordination for new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Monitor client progress and modify intervention strategies based on data-driven outcomes.
• Ensure implementation fidelity of ABA programs across all service settings.
• Support crisis management and behavior-reduction strategies when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in regular supervision, professional development, and peer collaboration.
• Perform additional clinical or administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with children and/or individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
• Experience supervising RBTs or behavior intervention staff preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis, clinical interpretation, and treatment plan development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining high-quality clinical and ethical standards.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation best practices.
