Qualifications
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB in good standing and related degree.
- Licensure/certification requirements per locale.
- Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to client locations.
- Ability to actively engage clients, sit/stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Create systems applying PBS principles to meet needs and improve quality of life.
- Ability to recruit and develop competent professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
- Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
- Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
