Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff and RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality services in client homes, schools, and communities.

You will support ethical practice, data-driven decisions, and ongoing professional growth within a flexible, family-friendly environment that values work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, families and stakeholders
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure client and family success
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies
