Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, lead behavior intervention plans, and mentor junior staff across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
