Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our North Tampa, FL team. We offer a small caseload, strong supervision, and a primarily clinic-based setting with one work-from-home day per week after criteria are met.

The role includes VB-MAPP/Vineland assessments, individualized goals, and collaboration with families and other professionals. A sign-on bonus or relocation assistance is available, with PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a BCBA.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• One year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland).
• Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans for home, community, and center.
• Train, support, and supervise RBTs as part of the clinical team.
• Lead parent training sessions to empower families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to team growth and program improvement.
