Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Riverview, FL is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our pediatric team part-time. The role involves conducting VB-MAPP/Vineland-style assessments, developing individualized goals, supervising RBTs, and delivering parent training, aiming to support children across home, community, and center settings.

Candidates must hold BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field, with experience working with children on the autism

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a BCBA.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
• Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
• Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
• Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
• And of course… pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!

• Monday to Friday from 330-630 (Possible Saturday hours available as well)
• Pay Range $41-46 an hour based on experience
