Job summary

HealthPro Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a clinic-based role in Killeen, TX. The position offers full-time or part-time hours, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM, and a strong team environment across SLPs, OTs, PTs, and RBTs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (Texas licensure or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Schedule

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Texas licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
