Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst to support individuals across BHN’s Developmental Services in Westfield, MA. You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and coach families and teams to implement effective interventions in home, clinic, and community settings.
Requirements include a Master’s in a mental health field, BCBA certification or eligibility within one year, and at least 2 years of experience in behavior analysis.

As a Behavior Analyst at BHN, you will deliver high-quality behavioral health services in home, outpatient, and community settings. You’ll conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and provide training and consultation to help individuals build meaningful skills and reduce challenging behaviors. You’ll also work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure that treatment plans are practical, culturally appropriate, and goal oriented.

Pay: $72,320.00
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (Flexible schedule based on needs of clients) 40-hour work week
