Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Springfield, MA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality, family-centered services grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role spans functional assessments, BIP development, and treatment across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a mental health or related field (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis (required).
  • BCBA/LABA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and identify goals tailored to each youth.
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Create behavior measurement systems to track progress and guide treatment decisions.
  • Provide direct assessment and treatment for enrolled youth across settings (home, school, community).
  • Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent implementation and positive outcomes.

What You Will Do:
