Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our ABA team in Western Massachusetts, delivering services in home, school, clinic, and community settings while supporting treatment goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field, experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, and BCBA eligibility within one year. BHN offers comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field required.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and community-based behavioral services.
• Knowledge and practice in conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and coaching caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs, skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and develop BIPs.
• Deliver services in the home, school, clinic, and other community settings.
• Collaborate with families, collateral providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Provide modeling, training, and consultation to caregivers and program staff.
• Monitor progress and revise treatment plans and strategies based on data.
