Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Management Monitor (ABA Technician) in Leominster, MA to provide one-on-one ABA-based instruction to youth under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, coach families, and track progress in daily settings.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 8am–8pm schedule with a 40-hour work week, a competitive hourly pay range, and comprehensive benefits within a leading behavioral health organization.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • RBT certification; if not, must complete training to obtain.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning preferred.
  • Ability to implement behavioral strategies and collaborate with families.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth.
  • Implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to reinforce goals.
  • Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals.
  • Participate in Care Planning Team meetings and coordinate with care providers.
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation and maintain productivity targets.

What You will Do:


As an ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you will help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth.

  • Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analysis, Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals, Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals.

  • Participate in team meetings, including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings

  • Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams.

  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress

  • Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standards.


Who You Are:



  • High School GED

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to support others

  • RBT Certified (if you don't have the certification you must go through training process to get the certification)

  • Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred)

  • Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families

  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation (required).

  • Must be 21 years or older

Pay: $22.75-$23.75 per hour
