Pay: $22.75-$23.75 per hour

Available schedules—Flexible, 8 hour shifts—Mon‑Fri—options in morning, afternoon, evening.

What You Will Do

As an ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you will help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth.
  • Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analyst.
  • Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals.
  • Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings.
  • Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress.
  • Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience working with youth and families OR Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant direct service experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to support others.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred).
  • Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families.
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation (required).
  • Must be 21 years or older.
