Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Massachusetts seeks a Behavior Analyst to join our ABA team and advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. The candidate will conduct FBAs, implement BIPs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams across home, school, and clinic settings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a mental health-related field, ABA experience, BCBA certification or eligibility within one year, and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required.
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and providing community-based behavioral services.
  • Knowledge and practice in conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and coaching caregivers.
  • BCBA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally (required).
  • Culturally competent and able to support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs, skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and develop BIPs.
  • Deliver services in the home, school, clinic, and other community settings.
  • Collaborate with families, collateral providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
  • Provide modeling, training, and consultation to caregivers and program staff.
  • Monitor progress and revise treatment plans and strategies based on data.

Pay: $72,320.00

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (Flexible schedule based on needs of clients) 40-hour work week
