Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Behavior Management Monitor to join the ABA team in the Community Wraparound Program in Leominster. The role involves providing direct 1:1 ABA-based instruction under supervision of a Behavior Analyst, and coaching caregivers to support skill development in youth.

Applicants should have a High School GED and, ideally, RBT certification or be in the process of obtaining it.

Qualifications

  • High School GED or equivalent required.
  • RBT certification or ability to obtain certification within training.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning preferred.
  • Must be 21 years or older and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth.
  • Implement treatment plans under supervision of a Behavior Analyst and coach caregivers.
  • Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals.
  • Attend Care Planning Team meetings and coordinate with care providers.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress.
  • Meet productivity targets and comply with agency standards.

What You Will Do

As an ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you will help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth.
  • Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analysis, Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals, Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings
  • Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress
  • Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standards.
Who You Are
  • High School GED
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to support others
  • RBT Certified (if you don't have the certification you must go through training process to get the certification)
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred)
  • Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation (required).
  • Must be 21 years or older

Pay: $22.75-$23.75 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (Flexible schedule based on needs of clients) 40 hour work week
