Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs under IEP guidance.

You will work in in-district classrooms or standalone schools, providing personalized support and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and promoting safety through de-escalation techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with behavioral interventions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned student per IEP goals.
• Provide customized behavior support and life skills.
