Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs within in-district and standalone classrooms.

You will work one-on-one with assigned students per their IEP, implement behavior support plans, record data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster safety, social and academic growth. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet goals in their IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans and track progress.
• Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies and de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent implementation of plans.
• Provide personal care support as required and communicate with families.
