Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet IEP goals, applying needed accommodations and modifications.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans.
• Implement behavior support plans and record progress and incidents.
• Use behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
